Polyethylene foam
The polyethylene foam is a high effective and technological heat and noise insulation material produced by Kintrade Ltd in Plovdiv city in Bulgaria.
As a base of polyethylene foam in the manufacturing process it is used low density polyethylene (LDPE) - what gives to the foam resilience, high stability to the truculent construction materials, it has closed cell structure, the polyethylene foam do not stoke burning, liberate poisonous materials in case of fire, it is ecologically absolutely pure and save insulation material, the polyethylene foam is produced on plates as well as on plates with one side pasted aluminum foil and polyethylene foil (high density polyethylene HDPE).

The polyethylene foam is produced in different thicknesses: 0.5; 1; 2; 3; 5; 8; 10; 20; 50 mm. The product can be realized pasted together with thin polyethylene foil, aluminum foil and other.
The polyethylene foam is produced as rolls:
• for thickness of 0.5 and 1 mm each roll is 300 square meters
• for thickness of 2 and 3 mm each roll is 100 square meters
• for thickness of 5 mm each roll is 50 square meters
