Production of polyethylene foam
In 2004 was built the new factory of Kintrade Ltd and since then the company produces polyethylene foam.
The polyethylene foam is a good noise insulator, it has heat insulation qualities competitive to solid insulators and it is handy for work, as it has various thicknesses and it is much more resilient from the rest heat insulation materials.
The working temperature interval of polyethylene foam is from -60 to +80°C. It is designed for floor insulation plates under wooden and laminated floors, air and liquid pipe system insulation, walls and roofs insulation, as well as for wrapping articles of furniture, ceramic, glass and many others.
Kintrade Ltd produces polyethylene foam of different thickness:

1 mm appropriate for wrapping articles of different kind and dimensions like furniture, electronic devices and many others.

2 mm is used for floor insulation plates under wooden and laminated floors, as well as wrapping articles.

3 mm is used at hummocky floors for floor insulation plates under wooden and laminated floors, as well as wrapping articles.

5 mm is used at extremely hummocky floors for floor insulation plates under wooden floors and for insulating fissures between concrete slabs.

5, 10, 15 mm is used for air condition system insulation. |
Production of aeroplast:
Aeroplast or Air Bubble Film- it is perfect protected package for products of all world` s industrial spheres- it can be used in the electronics, after that we pass on to the glass products, lighting fixtures, furniture, machine- building, agriculture and many others.
The fashion Italian line which we bought for manufacture of bubble film gives the possibility for different customer` s requirements:
- KINDS: two layers, three layers, stick on with EPE Foam Sheet, stick on with HDFE Foam Sheet and stick on with aluminium
- SIZES: width to 1, 60 meter, the standard length in one roller is 100 line meters
- DENSITY: from 50kg/sq.m.to 150 kg/sq.m.
